Frequently asked questions

The basics before we design the route.

These answers cover common service questions. A route review is still the best way to confirm availability and fit for your operation.

01

Who does PulsePoint serve?

PulsePoint primarily works with healthcare organizations, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, suppliers, and other business partners that need accountable courier service.

02

What area do you serve?

We are headquartered in Quincy, Illinois and currently serve western Illinois, northeastern Missouri, and southeastern Iowa. Other routes may be reviewed when operationally feasible.

03

Do you provide STAT or same-day courier service?

STAT, same-day, and special requests may be accepted by arrangement. Availability depends on courier capacity, timing, distance, vehicle needs, handling requirements, and current route commitments. Call 217-295-2850 for the fastest review.

04

Can you transport temperature-sensitive items?

Yes, after reviewing the required temperature range, approved container, monitoring method, route timing, and exception procedure.

05

What proof of pickup and delivery is available?

Depending on the service agreement, documentation may include barcode scans, signatures, photos, item counts, seal-number verification, and temperature records.

06

Can PulsePoint verify container or bag seals?

Yes. When seals are part of the customer workflow, PulsePoint can record a facility- or customer-applied seal number at pickup and verify the number and visible condition at delivery. Any mismatch or damaged seal is handled according to the agreed exception procedure.

07

Can PulsePoint build a recurring route?

Yes. Recurring and multi-stop routes are a core part of our service model. We review stop sequence, timing windows, volume, distance, and backup expectations before proposing a solution.

08

Can I submit patient details through the website?

No. Public forms and ordinary email are for general business communication only. Do not submit protected health information or other sensitive patient details.

09

How do I request pricing?

Start with the short homepage inquiry or the detailed route form. Pricing is developed after reviewing the service type, route, frequency, handling needs, and operational requirements.
